PENGARUH CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN (STUDI KASUS PADA UMKM ARTSHOP DHARMASETYA DESA SUKARARA KABUPATEN LOMBOK TENGAH
This study entitled The Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (Csr) on Financial Performance (Case Study at Umkm Artshop Dharmasetya, Sukarara Village, Central Lombok Regency, this study aims to determine the effect of environmental CSR costs and employee costs both partially and simultaneously on the financial performance of MSMEs. The research used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the partial test, variable price discount (X1) and bonus pack variable (X2) both had a partially significant effect on impulse buying based on the results of the significance test (t test). t that can be greater than t table, namely for X1 = 10,004> 1.688. Likewise for (X2) = table 2,825> 1.688. While the variable In-store display (X3) t is smaller than t table, namely 492> 1,668 then the in-store display variable does not have a partially significant effect on impuse buying.Third simultaneous test a The independent variable has a joint effect on impulse buying seen from the calculated f value of 136.264, which is greater than the f table value of 2.87. Price discount variables as the most dominant variable compared to the Bonus pack and In Store Display variables affect impulse buying with a value beta 0.755.
